Founded with a passion for authenticity and a commitment to excellence, Source Koffee emerged from a shared love for the original coffee experience. It all started when our founder, Mr. Fasika, a passionate Ethiopian, embarked on a quest to bring the finest Ethiopian coffee to the world.

Behind every cup of Source Koffee are the people who make it possible: the Ethiopian growers who produce our Grade 1 lots, and the roasting team at the DMCC Coffee Centre in Dubai, where every lot is cupped blind and roasted in small batches before it is released.

Source Koffee began with a simple conviction: that the coffee of Ethiopia, the birthplace of coffee, deserves to be tasted at its best and with its origin named. Each lot we release is chosen for the character of its region, from Guji to Yirgacheffe to Sidamo, so every bag is a way to taste the differences between them.
