From the Hambela highlands of Guji, a Grade 1 natural lot from the fresh 2025/26 crop. Sun-dried in the cherry, this is Guji at its most generous — blueberry and stone fruit over a syrupy sweetness, with the florals that made the region the connoisseur's corner of Ethiopia.

Cupped blind at the DMCC Coffee Centre. Roasted in small batches; dispatched on our monthly rotation.

Best for: Pour-over or French press. The crowd-pleaser of the table — this is the bag to hand a friend who's new to specialty coffee.

When to pour: The unhurried cup. Weekend late mornings, or the second brew of a day off, when there's time to let it cool a little and open up.
