Kochere, in the Yirgacheffe heartland, is the benchmark for elegance in Ethiopian coffee. This Grade 1 natural lot from the 2025/26 crop layers red berries over the district's signature jasmine, carried on a silky body with remarkable clarity cup after cup.

Cupped blind at the DMCC Coffee Centre. Roasted in small batches; dispatched on our monthly rotation.

Best for: Delicate filter brewing — Chemex or V60, a touch lighter on the dose, no milk. The quiet connoisseur's cup; it rewards paying attention.

When to pour: Mid-morning, once the day has settled. The cup for reading, writing, or thinking — anything unhurried.
