From Bensa in Sidamo — a district quietly producing some of Ethiopia's most decorated washed lots. This Grade 1 selection from the 2025/26 crop cups crisp and sweet: bright citrus, soft florals, and a clean, structured finish that rewards careful brewing.

Cupped blind at the DMCC Coffee Centre. Roasted in small batches; dispatched on our monthly rotation.

Best for: The everyday cup. Clean and structured enough to shine as filter or drip, and forgiving across brew methods — this is the bag that lives on the counter.

When to pour: First cup of the morning. Bright and clarifying — dependable even on an early report day, and just as good on a slow one.
